I'm in Boise too, and I wish we had a vegetarian restaurant!
I read in the article there was a vegan group that got together- could you tell me more about that? (I wouldn't say I'm a vegan, because I haven't been really strict about it, but I try to eat vegan most of the time, so I probably do about 98% of the time.)

That is sad!! But at least you were positive in saying that anyone can make it work if you are just creative. Maybe it's time for a field trip the the local prison?

Cool! We've lost a couple of veg places here in Austin, but it seems more and more "regular" restaurants are willing to accommodate.
