OMG Vicki!!! How fun. I totally loved this video. It was like being right there with you and your bubbling personality! Hope to see more soon.

And you know, canning doesn't look all that scary after seeing you do it. I'm going to look more into it. Thanks for the inspiration.

Nice video! Canning is easy, but daunting. It helps to see someone do it.

Vicki! What a great video. Thanks for the visual instructions.

I've always wanted to have cooking demos on my blog (as well) but don't have more than 3 minutes of video on my camera.

I hope you keep this video business up!

You vegan star! Great video and demo too. :)

I remember my mom used to can a lot of the veggies from our garden when I was little. She would spend days in the kitchen with boiling water. And this was in southern Indiana so you can image how much fun that was. Still, we had amazing fresh vegetables all winter. Mmmmm.

What a wonderful idea to put video demos on your blog. Trying a new recipe is a lot less scary if I've actually seen someone do it. And you are quite the hostess.

Looking forward ot more...

Vicki - I just read your comment on my "old" blog. Once I saw that you moved I figured, heck, I'm goin' too!

I did it for the labels, too!

Vicki!

I had a quick question since we both just transferred our blogs...how did you transfer your old blog posts? I just noticed your archives...got me thinkin!

Hi Vicki. I just noticed the "name" switch from Vegetarian Family to Vegan Vice. Does that mean your status has changed as well?!?!

Awesome, Vicki! I just watched my first vegan cooking show! I sure hope we get to see more.

I made jam one year for Christmas gifts. It's so fun. I've never made jelly though.

Thanks for letting me know where to find you. Great job on the video!

Vicki, I just love the video! It was so neat to see you in action in the kitchen. I hope to see many more of these in the future. Will Liv and Abi be making any appearances as master eaters of their mom's wonderful creations?

Hey.. I watched this video the other day and never said anything about it! Lol I'm so interested but can't collect my thoughts. Let's see..

Firstly.. is this sweet or savory? I mean it's habaneros but.. you put in a buttload of sugar. What type of foods would you put this on?

And also.. what is this video for? Are you trying to get a tv show or something? Or just for fun?

hi melissa: i moved blogs because i wanted a name that more accurately describes what's going on in my kitchen. i could have simply changed my url, but i also really wanted beta. i've been waiting for blogger to invite me to beta, while being proactive to get into the beta party -- without success. i decided to just make the move and get in on the labels & cool sidebar sooner than later.

hi okra mary: i copied & pasted each post individually. it took a couple hours. i miss my "target=blank" links -- anybody know how to activate that on beta??

hi leslie: the vegetarian family is striving toward veganism.

hi tania: the jelly is sweet like jelly, but with a kick. we put it on triscuits with better than cream cheese by tofutti. it's an easy & tasty appetizer.

the video is just goofing around! my husband got a new camera that he wanted to try out & i happened to be making jelly.

glad you all found me & thanks for dropping by and saying hello! if i don't get around to another post by thursday, then HAPPY TOFURKY DAY! & i can't wait to see what you ate. i'm still planning our meal...
