Wow! It's so great & surprising to run into a vegan obsessed' person in Boise!! My "other half" is from Boise!! We were originally planning our wedding there, but found that we have more options here where we live, in Cali. Excitedly though, we think we'll be able to soon distribute our raw vegan desserts from here in Southern Cali. to the Boise Co-Op! (Keep you posted. Perhaps you have toher good tips as to vegan-friendly outlets in Boise?) Anyway, thanks for the great blog & keep up the healthy obsession!!!
We should probably trade links!??

Hi Vegan Vice,

Come visit us at SunPower Natural Organic Cafe. We were just voted 2nd Best Vegetarian Restaurant in Los Angeles by World Vegan Day. We make our own sunflower burgers, cashew shakes, pizzas with cashew cheeze, tiramisu and lots more.

We're across from Universal Studios in Hollywood/Studio City

Hi Vicki,

I have to admit, I'm not worried about this. I know if I thought too hard about what goes on behind the scenes in any restaurant, I'd never want to eat out again and well, life is too short! I do agree with you thought that homemade is the best. =)
